It’s been almost 2 months since my last blog entry.

My Philadelphia Eagles are playing TERRIBLE, Elijah is approaching 5months old, Steve Jobs passed away, Q1047 moved to a new building in San Bernardino, Al Davis passed away, and the Obama haters are beginning to gripe out loud again.

However life goes on, and while it has...I’ve been putting together this musical project with some artists out here in the Inland Empire who have been making some great music!! This pic is just a peak at what’s coming 11-11-11

Lunch might just be one of the hardest working independent artists I’ve EVER met!! He’s EVERYWHERE!! With a crazy street buzz well established in the Inland Empire, his music has grown beyond the (909) & (951). Then he dropped that “Get em Girl” featuring Ray J. and it was REALLY on!!

LOOS' BLOG: Visit to the Doctors

I knew today was gonna be a tough day for my son taking him to the Dr. for his second visit. He had to get 3 shots!! :(
Personally, I’m NOT a fan of needles, so I may have been stressing it more than him but I kept my “I’m cool” dad face on for most of the visit.

He cried a little bit for one of them, and was kinda sore for the rest of the day. I’m just glad this day is now behind us!!

However, I have now realized that being a parent SUCKS when you have to watch your child go thru something painful. I know, I know.....its just the beginning. (That’s what I’ve heard)

Got to meet some real cool dudes from the Bay area today!! They go by the name “Calicove”

They played me some of their music, showed me some footage of a show they RIPPED, and we got to chop it up over some weird but good “Orange infused Iced Coffee” (I know...pretty crazy right!! Ask em about it yourself though http://www.facebook.com/CalicoveMusic )

After getting to hang with em for a bit, it’s real easy to tell that the music is genuinely coming from within. Its hiphop, it’s rock, it’s just really fun music. Check out the video up top and get a feel for something new that’s comin out of the Bay area!!

DeSean Jackson has become one of the most DANGEROUS players in the league, and I am glad he’s gonna let the suits take care of the business while he gears up and gets on the practice field with his team mates.
Here’s an article I saw on yahoo.com with more details:
“DeSean Jackson (notes) participated in his first practice with the Philadelphia Eagles. According to reports, everything went well for the star wide receiver. Jackson reported to training camp prior to the Eagles preseason opener against the Baltimore Ravens but did not participate in any practices or in that game. His late start is due to the fact that he held out in hopes of landing a new contract with the team. As an Eagles fan, it's great to see Jackson back and playing football.
Much has been made about the Eagles and their huge offseason. They made a number of big signings on defense, including remaking the secondary and defensive line. On the offensive side, the Eagles added Ronnie Brown (notes) and Steve Smith to give the skill positions some depth. But all fans know that Jackson is still vital to the team. With all the offseason movement, the contract situation with Jackson was somewhat lost in the shuffle. He is set to make a little more than half a million dollars this season. Obviously, Jackson wants a new contract that compares with several other top receivers. I believe that new deal will be worked out some time this season.”
